The Seogwipo Cultural Battery Charging Station will hold an art festival titled ‘Michin Art Party’ to wrap up the event ‘Michin Day’ which was held from April to September.
At 7pm on Nov 28 and 29, the artists who participated in the six-month-long cultural event will gather for various performances.
Kim Baek-gi, the director of the project, says the event provides Jeju-based artists with an opportunity to freely communicate and bring down the barriers between art genres.
The event will offer makgeolli, Korean traditional rice wine, to all the participants, including the performers and the audience.
Up to 50 spectators will be allowed per day and the fees for the admission will be accepted on a donation basis after the performances for each day.
