Bringing a taste of “Italy at Sea,” Costa features spontaneous hospitality, exquisite culinary experiences and artistic ambience as one would expect from an Italian cruise ship. This spirit is found throughout the fleet and each ship is inspired by a distinct element of Italian culture.

Costa Victoria is Asia’s first fashion cruise furnished in Italian elegance. The indoor spa pool is inspired by the splendor of Pompeii, while Bar Capriccio is glamorously decorated with the mosaics of Emilio Tadinis from Italy. It is also the first cruise ship in Asia to boast top European fashion boutiques at duty-free prices.

Costa Atlantica is dedicated to Italian cinema and arts and shines with classic Italian glamour. The interior is inspired by the master artistry of Italian films, with each deck named after the films of Italian maestro Federico Fellini. By featuring more than 400 pieces of artwork, Costa Atlantica is a veritable floating art museum.

While Costa brings “Italy at Sea” to its Asian guests, the cruises also offer many concurrent Asian elements onboard so guests feel right at home. As the only Asian cruise line in Asia it knows the region well and Jeju is a favorite destination.

In 2012, Costa Cruises called at Jeju 30 times and in 2013 this is expected to reach 71, the most by a single cruise line visiting Jeju. Jeju is greatly attractive as a port of call due to its beauty and its geographic location close to both China and Japan. Costa expects Jeju to continue as a top destination in Asia for its food, culture, and spectacular coastlines and scenery.
