The '2013 Jeju International Cruise Forum' will be held this coming October with the intent of creating new value for Jeju's marine tourism.
The forum will be held at the Jeju Grand Hotel from October 24th to 26th. More than 500 domestic and foreign cruise and tourism officials are set to attend.
The '2013 Jeju International Cruise Forum’ will analyze the situation of cruise tourism in Northeast Asia, including Korea, China, and Japan. Cruise tourism policies and regulations, industry activation plans for the same, the future of cruise tourism in the Jeju region, as well as additional in-depth discussions on various topics will take place.
To ensure a successful event, Jeju Province organized a forum organizing committee, and installed an executive office in the Jeju Tourism Organization building on June 5th.
The Forum Organizing Committee called for the participation of world-class personnel, including cruise officials, cruise researchers, and cruise industry-related organizations and officials.
