News BriefsThe 14th Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival Aug 12 - 20 |

Under the title of ‘Island, the Resonance of Wind,’ the long-running woodwind ensemble festival Aug. 12-20 features a variety of stages at well-known venues in Jeju: Jeju Culture and Arts Center in Jeju-si, Jeju Seaside Art Center in Topdong, and Cheonjiyeon Fall Outdoor Stage in Seogwipo. The opening ceremony will be held at Jeju Seaside Art Center at Topdong on Aug. 12.
For the first time this year, the Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival committee has appointed an art coordinator along with an international inquiry committee in an effort to uplift its festival mood. Plus, new programs such as “Wind Ensemble Festival in My Town,” “Band Olle,” and “Maestro Concert” bring even more vibrant joy to music lovers participating in the festival.
