Tamnaguk Ipchun Gutnori Feb. 11 to 12, from Jeju City Hall to Gwandeokjeong. 064-728-2714. The ritual, which marks the beginning of spring on the solar calendar, is a reenactment of the traditional rite where exorcists, a local magistrate and administrators, along with local residents, convened at Gwandeokjeong to wish for a bountiful harvest and to drive away bad spirits.
