At May 26, 2013, there was a 'Foreign Charity Game'. This tournament is for expats living in Jeju to helping poor people in Jeju. Many expats came to Hamduk Seoubong beach to join the game.

This tournament was made by Daniel Nabben (33), who is the representative of the Jeju Furey. He said 'They are having a good time and they are helping poor people.' He really enjoys this game. And there is historical backgrand about this tournament. Daniel Nabben's friend suddenly died and that friend had two children. Nabben wanted to get money for the left children's university education. So, he made this game. After he collects enough money for his left family, he changed the goal to help poor people in jeju. And now, it helps poor people in Jeju.

Most people said this had so much fun. Sylvia(24) from South Africa said, 'It's really fun. I enjoy playing volleyball with a lot of friends.' She liked the Hamduk Seoubong beach, and this tournament.

There is one more special woman, who is volleyball coach in KIS(Korean International School). Her name is Talena Smith(34) from Texas, U.S. She joined this game because she thought it is good opportunity to have lots of funs and it's for charity.

And some people not join the game, just watching. Vince(45) from U.S. just watched because there were his friends playing at the tournament. And Katie Fregetto(38) from Chicago also watched the games because there was her husband playing. She wanted to join the tournament next time.

The next tournament is October. It has twice a year.

If you join this game, you can get lots of fun, and also can do charity too.
