A Jeju-based musical instrument designer Yoon Ju-hyun, also known as Rooney, will hold the ‘Feast of Sounds’ exhibition at INI Gallery in Yusuam-ri village from Dec 6 to 27.

The event will display musical instruments made with everyday objects for visitors to actually play. The designer himself will perform with his handmade instruments at the opening ceremony.

Currently, he has over 50 items on sale launched under his Rooney nickname.

The artist had worked for the social enterprise ‘Noridan’ before moving to Jeju in 2012.

He also recently done art performances at the former Jeju National University Hospital, and is involved in many ongoing art education projects.
