Jan 17 and 18 / Jan 24 and 25

Visitors to Jeju Folk Village, Pyoseon, can try their hand at making a variety of traditional Jeju foods.

Saturday, Jan 17: “Bingtteok” (buckwheat pancake)
Chopped radish and chives wrapped in buckwheat flour pancakes amd seasoned with seasame oil and seasame salt.

Sunday, Jan 18: "Hobakjuk" (pumpkin porridge)
Braised and crushed pumpkin with glutinous rice flour seasoned with salt.

Saturday, Jan 24: "Kkireum tteok" (oiled rice cake)
Pan-fried and block-shaped glutinous rice flour mix.

Sunday, Jan 25: "Dubu" (tofu)
Made from finely ground beans soaked in seawater.
